THe Marlins have made it four wins from their last five games after a determined victory over a full-strength Eastwood outift.

With a huge crowd turning out to watch Wallaby superstar George Smith, the home side lifted on the back of a match-winning performance by open-side dynamo Will Brame. Others to star in the 19-6 triumph included Dylan Sigg, Josh Gamgee, James Lakepa and Paddy Percy.

The first grade win bookended a mixed day for Manly.

Earlier in the afternoon the Woods prevailed with a 24-3 win in second grade. A late try to the Woods cost Manly a bonus point in their 21-1 loss in three's. While a lone Matt Dooley try in fourth grade was enough to take a hard-fought 7-0 win.
