Manly hearts have been broken for the second time in a month following confirmation match-winning winger Nemani Nadolo is off to France - again.

Nadolo signed off from Manly in June but when his deal with Burgoin fell through due to the French club's financial problems, he wandered back down to Manly Oval to pick up where he left off with the Marlins.

It was hoped the Fijian international would see out the remainder of the Shute Shield season, but Bourgoin has been reinstated to the French second division so the deal is back on.

Coach Phil Blake is gutted at losing the tackle-busting Nadolo, who has scored 11 tries this season, and still can't believe one of the five Australian Super 15 franchises didn't pick him up.

"I'm dumfounded as to why none at the next level can't see what he offers," Blake said.

"He’s playing unbelievable football. His involvement is excellent.

"Compared to where he was 12 months ago his game has really matured, he’s matured as a person.

"He’s far more involved and he’s got a far bigger arsenal in his game now."

Nadolo played his final game in Manly colours when helping the Marlins down bogey side West Harbour at Concord Oval last Saturday.

"We told Nemani last Thursday this is his last farewell - we can't giving him a farewell every three weeks," Blake quipped.
