Manly Rugby Club has a vibrant junior program, fostering the development of young players in the Northern Beaches area. The club collaborates with 
six junior village clubs, offering a strong pathway 
for children to progress from grassroots rugby to 
higher levels.

The juniors also have the opportunity to participate in various age-grade competitions, helping build both rugby abilities 
and teamwork. The program emphasises community values 
and aims to provide young athletes with the tools to potentially transition into the senior ranks, with some juniors having progressed to play for the Manly Marlins first-grade team.
